WEBSITE CLOSURE MESSAGEThe Southern Regional Water Pipeline Alliance (SRWPA) website is now closed. New pipelines in the South East Queensland (SEQ) Water Grid have been constructed by the Southern Regional Water Pipeline Alliance under the management of LinkWater Projects. Two of the three pipelines are complete and have been handed over to LinkWater, the Queensland Bulk Water Supply Authority that will manage, operate and maintain potable bulk water pipelines in SEQ. The 94km Southern Regional Water Pipeline (SRWP) was handed over to LinkWater in early January 2009. The 8.4km Eastern Pipeline Interconnector (EPI) was handed over to LinkWater in late February 2009. The remaining pipeline, Northern Pipeline Interconnector (NPI) Stage 1, is in final stages of completion and is due for handover to LinkWater sometime in April 2009. Final reinstatement will continue on this pipeline after handover. Please find additional information on these pipelines below. Freecall numbers are available if you require further information.
